Ub6 stainless steel pipes are acid resistant and have a low carbon percentage in their composition. These 904L Grade 1.4539 Stainless Steel ub6 Pipes have a composition that consists of a lower percentage of carbon and a higher percentage of nickel and molybdenum. Stainless Steel ub6 Pipes have strong corrosion resistance and good activation, passivation, and conversion capabilities. Additionally, these pipes have outstanding activation and passivation qualities. At any concentration, normal pressure, and temperature, Stainless Steel ub6 Pipes exhibit an exceptionally high level of corrosion resistance in non-oxidizing acids such as acetic acid, sulfuric acid, formic acid, and phosphoric acid.


Stainless Steel Grade 1.4539 Seamless Pipes have exceptional pitting resistance in neutral chloride conditions. Crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking are no match for welded pipe made from Grade 904l, and it may be used in sulfuric acid solutions of different concentrations at temperatures below 70 degrees Celsius without degrading. Due to its low carbon content, ASTM A312 uns n08904 1.4539 pipes are not susceptible to carbide precipitation during standard heat treatments or welding procedures.

By doing so, we prevent the development of intergranular corrosion, which can occur after routine heat treatment or welding. The higher levels of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum, as well as the inclusion of copper, allow the specified grade SA 312 uns n08904 Electropolished Pipes to be passivated even in reducing acid containing situations like sulfuric acid and formic acid.
